First Campaign
The homeless population is in need of great help, especially homeless individuals suffering from substance abuse issues. A large portion of the homeless population suffers from alcohol and drug addiction, and they often don’t have the knowledge or the resources to start their recovery process. We have created this campaign to raise money for organizations that give aid directly to the homeless. With this campaign we will support organizations by providing funds for food, clothing, transportation. Live Sober Foundation will provide a gateway for people to give to homeless programs that give direct aid to homeless individuals.
We will also support the homeless population by putting aside money to assist homeless individuals with acquiring short term housing. With short term housing individuals can begin to stabilize themselves and begin recovery from any existing alcohol and drug addiction or mental illness that could have contributed to their homelessness. When stabilized in their housing and any possible treatment an individual needs, he or she can then look to gain employment and acquire permanent housing. We offer many helpful aids to the homelessness and people suffering from addiction.
