The symbolism of the dragonfly used by many cultures is undeniably attractive- a symbol of transformation, adaptability, joy and change. The Live Sober Foundation’s logo of a dragonfly breaking out of its old mold as a nymph represents one’s transformation into a new life as a completely different creature. Dragonflies live most of their lives as a nymph, and they live only for a brief period as a dragonfly and it knows it must live to the fullest with what it has. This lesson is huge for each of us.
